2025-26 Indoor: Competed in five meets during the indoor track & field season, highlighted by a personal-best and indoor program-record time of 17:52.21 in the 5,000 meters and a personal-best time of 10:24.16 in the 3,000 meters at the Pre-National meet. Zar’s performance at Pre-Nationals earned ODAC Athlete of the Week honors. Qualified for both the 3,000 meters and 5,000 meters at the ODAC Indoor Track & Field Championships, where she captured the conference title in the 5,000 meters and finished as the runner-up in the 3,000 meters. Following her standout season, she was named ODAC Indoor Track & Field Rookie of the Year and earned All-Region honors in the 5,000 meters.

2026 Outdoor: Competed in five meets during the outdoor track & field season, recording a personal-best time of 2:26.94 in the 800 meters at the Betty S. Rogers Spring Break Invitational, an outdoor program-record time of 17:54.34 in the 5,000 meters at the 60th Colonial Relays, and a personal-best and program-record time of 36:34.44 in the 10,000 meters at the Bison Outdoor Classic. Qualified for the 5,000 meters at the ODAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships, where she placed second. Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the 10,000 meters.
