Batten University women's soccer (3-0-1) and Stockton (1-0-3) played to a 0-0 draw Saturday afternoon.
The Marlins controlled the offensive pressure throughout the match, outshooting Stockton 16-7 and putting seven shots on goal. Batten also earned eight corner kicks compared to three for Stockton.
Alaina Alston led the Marlins with five shots, including three on goal, while Courtney Mills added three shots and Kaylyn Seitz and Madison Toone each recorded two. Alexis Manfredi and Paige Bissell also put attempts on frame as Batten continued to create opportunities throughout the afternoon.
Allie Greco played all 90 minutes in goal and made one save to earn the shutout. Batten's defense limited Stockton to just one shot on goal for the entire match, helping the Marlins remain unbeaten through their first four games of the season.
